OPERATIONS OVERVIEW

We own and operate a diversified portfolio of energy assets in the natural gas, natural gas liquids (NGL), and propane sectors.

Our natural gas operations that comprise more than 17,500 miles of pipeline and related facilities are located in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Colorado, Utah, and West Virginia. These operations include the following:

	Intrastate Transportation and Storage Operations - approximately 7,700 miles of natural gas pipelines and three storage facilities (located in Texas)
	Interstate Operations – two interstate pipelines (Transwestern and Tiger Pipelines) totaling approximately 2,895 miles and a 50% interest in the 185-mile Fayetteville Express Pipeline joint venture
	Midstream Operations – approximately 7,000 miles of natural gas gathering pipelines, 3 natural gas processing plants, 17 natural gas treating facilities and 10 natural gas conditioning plants

Altogether, our intrastate, interstate and midstream pipeline systems gather, process, treat and/or transport natural gas from major producing basins such as the Barnett Shale in the Fort Worth Basin in North Texas, the Bossier Sands in East Texas, the Permian Basin in West Texas and New Mexico, the Austin Chalk and Eagle Ford Shale in South and Southeast Texas, the San Juan Basin in New Mexico, the Fayetteville Shale in Arkansas, the Haynesville Shale in East Texas and Louisiana, the Piceance Basin in Colorado, the Uinta Basin in Utah, and the Marcellus Shale in West Virginia to major consumption areas, market hubs, and pipeline interconnects that provide supply throughout the country.

Our NGL Transportation and Services sector, which consists of assets in our joint venture with Regency Energy Partners (Lone Star JV), provide customers natural gas liquids storage, fractionation, and transportation services in Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. Lone Star JV assets include a 1,066-mile NGL pipeline in Texas and 43 million barrels per day of storage capacity at Mont Belvieu, Texas.
