ENERGY TRANSFER PARTNERS OPERATIONS OVERVIEW

We own and operate a diversified portfolio of energy assets in the natural gas and natural gas liquids (NGL) sectors.

Our natural gas operations comprise approximately 24,000 miles of intrastate and interstate natural gas pipelines and more than 1,400 miles of NGL pipelines. These operations include the following:

• Intrastate Transportation and Storage Operations - approximately 8,300 miles of natural gas pipelines and three storage facilities (located in Texas).

• Interstate Operations – Approximately 8,500 miles of natural gas pipeline.

• Midstream Operations – approximately 7,400 miles of natural gas gathering pipelines, two natural gas processing plants, 15 natural gas treating facilities and 11 natural gas conditioning plants.

• NGL Transportation and Services – includes Lone Star joint venture with Regency Energy Partners, providing natural gas liquids storage, fractionation, and transportation services in Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. Lone Star's assets include a 1,066-mile NGL pipeline in Texas and 43 million barrels per day of storage capacity at Mont Belvieu, Texas.
