ETP HoldCo Operations

In October 2012, we formed ETP Holdco Corporation, which is owned 60% by ETE and 40% by ETP and controlled through a majority board membership by ETP. ETP Holdco owns a 100% equity interest in Southern Union Company and Sunoco, Inc. (excluding Sunoco Logistics).
