Attached is our Code of Business Conduct. It is important that all of us read and practice these principles as we conduct business each day.
These values are nothing new as we have been applying them in our dealings with customers, suppliers and each other. Even though this Code is posted on our website for everyone to read, it is appropriate to display in every location we do business.
At a time when certain corporate behavior has tarnished the reputation of businesses, it is more important than ever to continue conducting ourselves with integrity and deal honestly and fairly with others.
If you become aware of any conduct that is contrary to our values or any laws, regulations or policies under which we operate, please bring such conduct to the attention of whatever level of management you feel comfortable approaching. Our employee handbook provides guidance for certain situations but you may call a Confidential Helpline at 1-888-332-3592. Calls to the helpline go to a third party and will be completely anonymous.
