Kelcy L. Warren
Chief Executive Officer, and
Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Warren is Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Energy Transfer Partners, L. P. (ETP). Mr. Warren also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the general partner of Energy Transfer Equity, L. P. (ETE), Chief Executive Officer of the general partner of ETC OLP (subsidiary that owns ETP's midstream operations), and Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of the general partner of ETC Holdings, L. P (owns interest in ETE). Prior to the combination of the operations of ETP and Heritage Propane in 2004, Mr. Warren served as Vice President of the general partner of ET Company I, Ltd., the entity that operated ETP's midstream assets before it acquired Aquila, Inc's midstream assets, having served in that capacity since 1996. From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Warren served as a director of Crosstex Energy, Inc. and from 1993 to 1996, he served as President, Chief Operating Officer and a director of Cornerstone Natural Gas, Inc. Mr. Warren has more than 20 years of business experience in the energy industry.
Mackie McCrea
President and Chief Operating Officer, Energy Transfer Partners, L.P.
President, Energy Transfer Company - Midstream Operations
Mackie McCrea was named President and Chief Operating Officer of Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. in June 2008. Mr. McCrea is also President of Energy Transfer Company, a subsidiary of ETP’s pipeline operations, a position he has held since 2005. He began his career in the energy industry in the mid-1980s and joined ETP in 1997 as Senior Vice President – Business Development and Producer Services. In 2004, following the combination of ETP’s midstream and propane operations, he served as Senior Vice President – Commercial Development.
Martin Salinas
Chief Financial Officer, Energy Transfer Partners, L.P.
Martin Salinas was named Chief Financial Officer of Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. in June 2008. Prior to his appointment as CFO, Mr. Salinas served as ETP’s Controller. He joined the Partnership in 2004 having spent 10 years at KPMG, ultimately as a Senior Audit Manager, where he worked with clients in the energy industry.
Jerry J. Langdon
Chief Administrative and Compliance Officer
Jerry J. Langdon serves ETP as the Chief Administrative & Compliance Officer. Prior to joining ETP in June 2007, Mr. Langdon was the Executive Vice President for Public and Regulatory Affairs and Chief Compliance Officer for Reliant Energy. Mr. Langdon also served for five years as Commissioner for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). Mr. Langdon is also a member board of the North American Energy Standards Board, The Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission and served as the Chairman of the National Petroleum Council' s 2003 study of North American natural gas markets –"Balancing Natural Gas Policy –Fueling the Demands of a Growing Economy." Beginning his career in 1975, Mr. Langdon has more than 30 years of business experience in the energy industry.
Thomas P. Mason
General Counsel and Secretary
Mr. Mason has served as General Counsel and Secretary for Energy Transfer since February 2007. Prior to joining ETP, he was a partner in the Houston office of Vinson & Elkins, where he had been working with Energy Transfer for the past several years. Mason has specialized in securities offerings and mergers and acquisitions for 25 years. Mason joined Vinson & Elkins as a partner in 2001 after a 19-year career at Andrews & Kurth, a Houston-based law firm.
John W. McReynolds
Director, President and Chief Financial Officer
Energy Transfer Equity, L. P.
Mr. McReynolds has served as President of the general partner of Energy Transfer Equity since March 2005 and served as a Director and Chief Financial Officer since August 2005. He is also a director of the general partner of ETP. Prior to becoming President of Energy Transfer Equity, Mr. McReynolds practiced law, specializing in energy-related finance, securities, partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, syndication and litigation matters.
Karen Z. Hicks
Vice President of Administration, and
Controller
Ms. Hicks has served as Vice President of Administration and Controller of our General Partner since September 2004 and has served as Controller of our General Partner since July 2002. Ms. Hicks has spent 17 years in the propane industry, all of which have been with Energy Transfer and Heritage. Ms. Hicks started her career with Heritage as Accounting Manager and was promoted to Manager of Financial Reporting when the Partnership went public in 1996. In December 2000, Ms. Hicks was promoted to Assistant Controller and was promoted to Partnership Controller July 2002. Prior to her career in the propane industry, Ms. Hicks was a bank examiner for the State of Montana.
