Kelcy L. Warren

Kelcy Warren is Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Energy Transfer Partners, L. P. (ETP). Mr. Warren also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the general partner of Energy Transfer Equity, L. P. (ETE). Prior to the combination of the operations of ETP and Heritage Propane in 2004, Mr. Warren co-founded the entities that acquired and operated the midstream assets that were contributed in the merger. From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Warren served as a Director of Crosstex Energy, Inc. and from 1993 to 1996, he served as President, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of Cornerstone Natural Gas, Inc. Mr. Warren has more than 25 years of business experience in the energy industry.
Mackie McCrea
President and Chief Operating Officer
Mackie McCrea has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. since June 2008. Prior to this position, Mr. McCrea served as President of Energy Transfer Company, a subsidiary of ETP’s pipeline operations, since 2005. Mr. McCrea began his career in the energy industry in the mid-1980s and joined ETP in 1997 as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Producer Services. In 2004, following the combination of ETP’s midstream and propane operations, he served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Development.
Jerry J. Langdon
Chief Administrative and Compliance Officer
Jerry J. Langdon serves as the Chief Administrative & Compliance Officer. Prior to joining Energy Transfer in June 2007, Mr. Langdon was the Executive Vice President for Public and Regulatory Affairs and Chief Compliance Officer for Reliant Energy. Mr. Langdon also served for five years as Commissioner for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). A board member of the North American Energy Standards Board, and The Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission, Mr. Langdon also served as the Chairman of the National Petroleum Council' s 2003 study of North American natural gas markets – "Balancing Natural Gas Policy – Fueling the Demands of a Growing Economy." Beginning his career in 1975, Mr. Langdon has more than 30 years of business experience in the energy industry.
Thomas P. Mason
Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Thomas Mason has served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Energy Transfer since June 2008. Mr. Mason has served as General Counsel and Secretary of Energy Transfer since February 2007. Prior to joining Energy Transfer, Mr. Mason was a partner in the Houston office of Vinson & Elkins, where he worked with the Partnership for several years. Mr. Mason joined Vinson & Elkins as a partner in 2001 after a 19-year career at Andrews & Kurth, a Houston-based law firm. Mr. Mason has specialized in securities offerings and mergers and acquisitions for more than 25 years.
Martin Salinas Jr.
Chief Financial Officer
Martin Salinas has served as Chief Financial Officer of Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. since June 2008. Mr. Salinas joined the Partnership in 2004 to serve as Controller. Prior to joining ETP, Mr. Salinas spent 10 years at KPMG, ultimately serving as a Senior Audit Manager, where he worked with clients in the energy industry.
John W. McReynolds
Director, President and Chief Financial Officer,
Energy Transfer Equity, L. P.
Mr. Reynolds is a Director of Energy Transfer Partners and the President and Chief Financial Officer of Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. (“ETE”). Mr. McReynolds has served as the President of ETE since March 2005 and as a Director and the Chief Financial Officer of ETE since August 2005. Prior to becoming President of ETE, Mr. McReynolds was a partner with the international law firm of Hunton & Williams LLP for over 20 years. As a lawyer, he specialized in energy related finance, securities, partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, syndication and litigation matters, and served as an expert in numerous arbitration, litigation, and governmental proceedings, including as an expert in special projects for boards of directors of public companies. Mr. McReynolds has served as a Director of our General Partner since August 2004.
Mike Howard
President, Midstream Operations
Mike Howard has served as President of Midstream Operations since October 2008. Mr. Howard joined Energy Transfer in June of 2005 as Chief Operating Officer of the Midstream Division. Prior to joining Energy Transfer, Mr. Howard spent two years with Crosstex Energy as Vice President of Engineering and Operations. From 1993 to 2003 he held various positions with Union Pacific Resources and its successor, DCP Midstream.
Bill Powers
President, Heritage Propane
Bill Powers has served as President of Heritage Propane since May 2008. Prior to this position, Mr. Powers served as Chief Operating Officer, Eastern U.S. since June 2006. He joined Energy Transfer in March 2004 as Vice President of Northern Operations. Prior to joining Energy Transfer, Mr. Powers served as the Executive Vice President of Star Gas LLC. With more than 25 years of experience in the propane industry, Mr. Powers has held various executive positions with Augsbury Corporation, Star Gas Corporation and Petro.
